Could You help me with information above V500.


I bought scaner v-checker V500 S/N:VSC0810010121 on (www.v-checker.co.uk/ site is closed) and I tried OBD PROFESSIONAL software - it not comunication with BMW 525d e39 2000 year (WBADP01020GX02207), equipped with an OBD2 plug. Software OBD is run the screen show (Try KWP2000 mode waiting...) and the process stopped. This scanner without sw. V500_BMW_ENGLISH_V2.9. Could You help me with information, what can I do? Is this scanner support this BMW? How can I get activation code for BMW software.

I was looking at your ACI scanner and had a software question..If i buy this scanner do I get all the vehicles software enhanced options included with it?

i recently buy a new mbc3 with ide hdd for all computer .
today i have put the hdd in my laptop hp nx6110 .

the installation start and after a few minute i get a blue sceen .
now it don't boot anymore .
it tell me the setup is not finished to reboot my pc
and it loop .
what can i do ?
can you give me the way to reinstall the das on a clean xp made by myself .

You q & a indicate that your web site provides a manual on how to use your pixel repair tool for BMW pixel problems. However I have searched your site and can not find it. If you want me to purchase this kit, yu need to provide the use manual.

I tryed all the possiplities to connect the machine to my laptop, it did not work, Itried to connect it to a friend 's laptop, it did not work.I have the 32MB laptop and I back up my computer's date I did all what the instruction said on the POORLY loaded CD.no information in it and not driver software in it.
I did e mail you guys, couple days ago, I still getting no answer,

Habe auf der CD -software ziehmlich alles drauf.....außer...

Mercedes W211 -Tacho -Bilder..wo zu sehen ist wo die Klammer auf dem Epromm kommt..

Ich weiß jetzt nicht ob noch mehr Bilder fehlen wo man sieht wo wie welches Kabel ran kommt....
