new mbstar c3 hdd ide

hi
i recently buy a new mbc3 with ide hdd for all computer .
today i have put the hdd in my laptop hp nx6110 .

the installation start and after a few minute i get a blue sceen .
now it don't boot anymore .
it tell me the setup is not finished to reboot my pc
and it loop .
what can i do ?
can you give me the way to reinstall the das on a clean xp made by myself .
