VVDI BE Key Pro Improvements

1. Fixed the bug where W164/W639 EIS data fails to synchronize with the key.
2. Resolved the issue causing the BE key to stop working after repeatedly turning the ignition ON without removing the key from EIS/EZS (e.g., during diagnostic procedures involving repeated IGN OFF/ON cycles to erase faults, which previously resulted in the car not starting).
3. Fixed the trunk remote open malfunction on vehicles equipped with power lift trunk doors.
4. Corrected the RF signal transmission issue—previously sent only once per press; now sends the signal twice upon press and release.
5. Modified the rolling algorithm to fix various BE key errors.
6. Added a pre-roll algorithm: the HASH value can now roll ahead.
7. Upgraded to a car-grade quartz crystal to improve infrared communication stability.
8. Enhanced infrared signal strength when pressing the button.
9. Supports resetting the key frequency between 315MHz and 433.92MHz using either the VVDI MB Tool or the PCB SMD resistor.

Important Tip: The VVDI MB Tool takes priority over the SMD resistor. If you reset the key frequency using the VVDI MB Tool first, the SMD resistor will be disabled. To use the resistor afterward, you must first erase the frequency setting via the VVDI MB Tool.

How to Reset Frequency Using the PCB SMD Resistor

Weld the 1K SMD resistor at the position indicated by the arrow to set the frequency to 315MHz. Removing the resistor restores the frequency to 433.92MHz.

This guide outlines the proper steps to assemble the VVDI BE Key Pro Improved Version PCB into the 3-button smart key shell for Mercedes Benz:

1. Insert the VVDI BE Key Pro Improved Version PCB into the case.
2. Attach the bottom case.
3. Insert the battery and close the case.
4. Push the metal strips on both sides into their correct positions.
   Note: If the rear metal component is installed first, the side metal strips cannot be properly positioned.
5. Install the rear metal button.
6. Insert the small mechanical key and start button.

To disassemble, reverse the process—start from the last step and proceed backward to the first.

Note: If the rear metal component is assembled first, the metal strips on both sides cannot be correctly positioned.
