Device Installation Process

After receiving the device, please follow the steps below to install it:

1. Install TeamViewer remote control software on your computer.
2. Connect the device host USB cable to the computer.
3. Insert the USB KEY that comes with the device into the computer.
4. Maintain a good working network connection.
5. Turn on your TeamViewer device and send the remote control ID and password to your sales representative, or email info@padflashr.uk.
6. Remote technical staff are online to assist you with installation.
7. Activation hours:
   • CET (UTC+1): 11:00–14:00
   • CEST (UTC+2): 12:00–15:00 (Spanish time)
8. For convenience, please provide a WhatsApp number or email address to allow flexible technical contact for installation and activation.
9. Operating system requirements: Windows 7 64-bit is recommended for stability. Windows 10 64-bit is under testing and not currently recommended. If proven stable, Win10 64 support will be released.
