• Reduce Battery Misdiagnosis: State statistics show that 50% of recycled batteries are good and only need to be recharged. The BT508's adaptive conductance technology improves diagnostics accuracy to 95.59%, higher than the 92.06% of standard conductance profiling.
• Reduce Charge and Reset of Discharged Batteries: Other competitive battery testers cannot conduct an SOH test to identify a discharged battery, which can lead to invalid resets and charges. Using adaptive conductance, the BT508 can quickly detect battery SOH, saving diagnostic wait time by 50%.

Step-by-Step Battery Replacement Guide

With the BT508 battery tester, you can perform all battery change steps one by one:

• Battery Type Suggestion: Check the battery's real condition first to determine if a change is needed.
• Save Battery Information: Save the vehicle’s onboard data when the battery is removed or disconnected.
• Replace the Battery: Replace the battery step-by-step as prompted.
• Register a New Battery: After replacing the battery, use the BT508 to connect the battery and vehicle control module, registering the new battery into the vehicle's electrical system modules.
• Choose Right Battery Information: Select the previously stored battery information.

Note: According to the on-screen instructions, the battery registration process varies by vehicle. Please operate according to the actual conditions.

Auto Registration (after battery replacement): Auto registration is often used after the successful installation of a new battery, including BMS reset and Electric appliance reset. After registration of a new battery, it can perform vehicle systems initialization to reset the components.
