is there a software available to save the firmware in the vcds dongle ? is there a difference between org Rosstech or clone adapter?

hi, if you buy the HEX V2 updated version, you will be able to update the firmware. it supports both firmware and software updated.

Getting the VBF files is not working. You cannot download them from the UCDS server with this version eg with the update wizard.
The ford IDS download link doesnt have all the VBF files publically availalbe anymore.

hi,
The first thing, you need make sure the ucds cable you bought is from us,
the another thing, it is that this cable donot support ford ids. it only works with ucds software.
it should be the system problem of your computer, you can try to test it on another computer.
and please tell your order serial number on our site.

Hello, i have problem with my hex v2 cable. Cable works fine with this versions 21.3.0, 20.12 , also 20.4.2. . All are in English.
But i have problem with version czech versions 19.6.2 and 20.4.1. TEST cable is OK, but my license is unactivated. I want czech version because i am used to it. Can anyone help me?

you, when you need to use hex v2, you need use it by vcdsloader, you can not directly use vcds software.
